Postal objections are just as valid as those submitted online and have the advantage of not having a character limit.  Nonetheless it is good to be succinct and precise.  Details of the planning application can be viewed here on the shropshire planning portal.  Letters can be handwritten or typed.

Please remember to include:

– Your full name and address

– The planning application reference, which is 14/02730/MAW

– Whether you are a Neighbour or Member of the Public (or other role)

– The fact that you OBJECT!

The deadline for objections to be received is 31st July so it would be good to get the letter written and posted as soon as possible.

Letters should be directed to:

Kelvin Hall

Planning Department

Shirehall

Abbey Foregate

Shrewsbury

SY26ND

Remember:  Every adult in your household can raise a separate objection and all objections are good objections because they show the united strength of feeling against this proposal.
